Why is it...
I live in Florida. It is hot. Every parking lot in which I park, I look for shade. It is what we do here in Florida. If it means I have to park far away from the store I am visiting, so be it.
That said, why is it at many of these big box stores, they set up the cart return areas in the parking lots under the only shade? In fact, it seems that the more trees and shade the parking lot has, the more cart return areas they have to be sure to keep from any spots being available for customer cars?
Is it that important to keep the carts out of the sun???
